“ I live over 2 hours away from Rock Springs, but since I was a high-risk pregnancy, and had to drive there for both of my HG pregnancies to the OBGYN... This was my place, I craved it. I had this as my first meal when I had my daughter... Now every time I go to Rock Springs, even if I don't eat there for lunch or dinner, I always stop by 2 get my street tacos or barbacola to take home for later... My only complaint about this place is during the summer it gets so hot in that restaurant... ”

Well, I ordered some super nachos, and these were absolutely delicious! I’ll come back and try something else in the future as well as check out other food establishments. “ Do not be deterred by the fast food appearance! This place is righteous! There are really good diverse flavors in their food, plates are huge; I could barely eat 2/3 of my portion. I’m really impressed with the quality of food. Totally worth the drive to rock springs. That’s right. We came all the way here just for panchos. ”

“ Called ahead with a party of 9 and they moved tables around to accommodate. And this is a fast food place basically, but with amazing Mexican food. I was in heaven with the quesabirria tacos. My wife got the street tacos, and out of the three, the lengua tacos were my favorite. She also ordered the ceviche tostada, and it was some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had. The kids quesadillas were much larger than I expected and came with beans and rice. They had several flavors of jarritos, fountain drinks, and horchata. I’ll definitely be back on my way through rock springs. ”
